Job Description
Manna Korean Restaurant is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient restaurant operations, maintaining high-quality standards for food and service, and managing a team of employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, manage inventory, scheduling, and payroll.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and service.
- Train, mentor, and manage restaurant staff.
- Develop relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Manage restaurant finances and implement marketing strategies.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure compliance with regulations.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of restaurant industry experience with at least 2 years in a management role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for the restaurant industry and ability to work flexible hours.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From Php15,00.00 per month
Benefits: Staff meals provided
Schedule: 8-hour shifts
Supplemental pay types: 13th-month salary
Expected Start Date: 03/01/2024
