Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Contract negotiation, signing, renewal/termination, deposit recovery, payment application, contract exception handling
- Binding and management of business license applications, contracts and copies of business licenses
- Landlord Official Receipt Collection, Withholding Certificate Receipt, Tax Payment Management, Rent Ledger Payment Plan
Qualifications:
- With extensive knowledge in using Microsoft Excel and creating Power Point Presentation
- Preferably with background in Accounting
- Good in calculation and with negotiation skills
- With background in Legal and Contract Management is an advantage but not required.
- With experience in processing SOA
Job Type: Full-time
