Job Description
- Installs POS terminals, MSPG terminals, user workstations, servers and other IT-related equipment.
- Conducts regular checking of IT assets to ensure compliance with uptime agreements.
- Performs troubleshooting and repair of IT assets in stores.
- Fulfills reported incidents and service requests within service level agreements.
- Maintains good housekeeping in the IT Office and safekeeping of tools.
- Assists in resolving escalated incidents and IT equipment maintenance as directed.
- Implements application updates and collaborates with service customers.
- Other IT-related duties for business continuity.
Education & Experience:
- Degree in a computer-related course.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Willingness to travel across branches.
- Knowledge of POS systems is advantageous.
- Open to being assigned at SM MOA.
