Job Description
HR Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Assist with HR inquiries and requests.
- Maintain employee records.
- Support recruitment and onboarding.
- Manage performance procedures.
- Schedule meetings and training sessions.
- Produce HR reports and support other functions.
HR Coordinator Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
- At least 6 months experience in HR coordination.
- Knowledge of Labor Law and HR best practices.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in HR administration and MS Office.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php20,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay
Ability to Commute:
- Taguig City (Required)
Ability to Relocate:
