Responsibilities
- Provides recruitment support including recruiting, screening, and placement
- Develops and maintains a network of contacts for candidate sourcing
- Writes job advertisements and conducts interviews
- Assists with reference and background checks
- Attends Job Fairs and facilitates new hire orientation
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in HR or related fields
- Fresh graduates welcome
- Excellent organization and communication skills required
- Positive attitude and ability to work in Ortigas and Cubao
- Willingness to work shifting schedules
