Job Description
We are currently seeking a motivated and organized Training Coordinator to join our team. The Training Coordinator will be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating training programs for employees. This role involves identifying training needs, creating training materials, and coordinating training sessions.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team. Previous experience in training coordination or a similar role is preferred. A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is also desirable.
