Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering/ Architecture or any engineering course
- Preferably with professional license (Board Passer)
- With solid background in construction project execution
- With 5 years experience in Glass and Aluminum Industry.
- Flexible and can work under pressure.
- Willing to be assigned in Santa Rosa, Laguna
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepares work/ installations schedules
- Checks measurement of masonry opening if in accordance with the approved shop drawings and coordinates with construction manager as the need arises
- Ensure the materials are complete, available, order and in good condition prior every installation;
- Ensures that the manpower schedule on site is sufficient to complete work;
- Ensure the installation work schedule is being meet, Submits and prepares the following;
a. Monthly, weekly and daily accomplishments report daily accomplishment report b.Daily Activities schedule and manpower.
- Monitors and maximizes work efficiency and controls unnecessary overtime, checks daily time record
- Responsible for the implementation and compliance to prevent and safety measures and ensures that the company’s standard and guidelines are being complied.
- Submit and evaluates variation orders/change orders
- helps in project planning preparation.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay
Experience:
- Project Management: 5 years (Preferred)
Ability to Relocate:
- Pasig City: Relocate with an employer provided relocation package (Required)
