Job Description
We are looking for an Operations Manager with strong leadership and management skills, exceptional communication, negotiation, and decision-making abilities. The ideal candidate must excel in hands-on operations, possess problem-solving skills, and remain calm under pressure during incidents and emergencies.
The role involves efficiently managing all security operations with integrity, timeliness, quality, and cost-effectiveness to meet client expectations. The candidate should support the company’s core business objectives, ensuring the security function meets all requirements.
Responsibilities include leading investigations, coordinating actions following incidents, and developing business recovery plans and contingency strategies.
Qualifications: Degree holder with experience in Military forces, Police, or equivalent.
