Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for day-to-day operation of the online stores on Shopee and Lazada platforms.
- Monitors and ensures all transactions are well-managed.
- Assists Account Executive and Product Specialist with daily tasks.
- Handles inquiries and complaints effectively.
- Communicates directly with customers via call, text, or chat.
- Coordinates with other departments for graphic design needs.
- Monitors customer feedback and reviews.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/College degree in relevant field.
- Experience in managing online stores on Lazada and Shopee platforms.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Open to undergraduates with related experience.
- Business-minded with strong selling strategies.
- Customer-centric approach.
