Job Description
Requirements
- 1 year experience in relevant field
- Basic SQL and Active Directory knowledge
- Remote web app experience/understanding
- Experience in Microsoft tools (Office Suite, Azure, Windows OS)
- Experience with Salesforce, RingCentral, MS Office EMS, Slack
Responsibilities
Answer all new and open B2B customer tickets within 24 hrs, troubleshoot, handle after-sales inquiries.
Nice to have
Mechanically inclined and experience with B2B conversations.
Working conditions
Roughly 13 cases/day, resolution over phone, 8am-6pm CT, Mon-Fri.
