Job Description
As an L2 Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing advanced technical support to customers, resolving complex technical issues, and escalating cases when necessary. You will work closely with the L1 support team and collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
Key responsibilities include troubleshooting software and hardware issues, conducting root cause analysis, and documenting solutions for future reference. Additionally, you will participate in continuous training to stay updated on new technologies and products.
Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, excellent problem-solving skills, and a strong customer service orientation. Previous experience in technical support and knowledge of IT systems are preferred.
