Job Description
We are looking for dynamic individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives who will also take on responsibilities related to Research Fulfillment. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing excellent service and addressing their inquiries in a professional manner.
In addition, you will be responsible for Research Fulfillment tasks, which involve gathering information, analyzing data, and delivering accurate reports to support our clients’ needs. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
