Job Description
Position: Production Supervisor
Company: Natural Given Beauty Line Manufacturing
Supervise and monitor daily production operations. Responsible for daily production schedule, planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the production process to meet company goals. Provide leadership to production staff and workers. Lead process improvement initiatives, ensure workplace safety and cleanliness, and handle technical problems in the production of beauty products.
Qualifications:
- Preferably a college graduate of BS Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, BS Pharmacy, or any related course to beauty products
- At least 5 years of experience in beauty manufacturing
- Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and hardworking
- Strong management and leadership skills
Salary: Negotiable
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From Php30,00.00 per month
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th-month salary
