Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of any 4-year course
- Minimum 2 years of CSR/Admin experience
- Full-time and permanent work-from-home position (US business hours)
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Good management, organizational, and planning skills
- Technical Requirements:
- Internet speeds: 20mbps download, 10mbps upload (primary); 10mbps download, 5mbps upload (backup)
- Laptop/PC: i3 7th gen, 8GB RAM, Windows 10 OS
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php18,00.00 – Php22,00.00 per month
Benefits: Work from home
Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Evening shift, Monday to Friday, Night shift
Supplemental pay types: Performance bonus
Experience in Virtual Assistant and Zendesk preferred
Language: English proficiency preferred
