Job Description
Role Purpose
Responsible for providing timely, accurate, and effective information, support, and administration of HR functions.
Key Accountabilities
- Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives.
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to employee activities.
- Responsible for successful onboarding of new hires and processing new hire forms.
- Assist in payroll preparation and benefits administration.
- Conduct employee orientation and assist in special projects.
Skills
Good knowledge in handling administration works, strong communication and interpersonal skills, high level of accuracy, knowledgeable in Microsoft applications.
Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
