Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative I. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service.
Key responsibilities include responding to customer emails, calls, and live chats in a timely manner, maintaining a positive and professional attitude, and working closely with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements for this position include strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to multitask effectively. Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
