As a Seller Support Associate, you will be responsible for assisting sellers with various inquiries and issues they may encounter on the platform. This role involves responding to seller queries, resolving problems, and providing guidance on using our services effectively.
Key responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound seller contacts through various channels, maintaining customer satisfaction, and contributing to process improvements.
