Job Description
Location: Clark-based | Pampanga, Philippines | Work from Office
Upskill your career as a Bookkeeper using a state-of-the-art Property Manager tool working for one of our US Real Estate clients from our advanced Clark-based office.
Responsibilities:
- Bookkeeper (Full Charge) for New York City-based apartment building owner=manager.
- Work in our Clark office with the rest of our Philippines team.
- Full responsibility for our 200-apartment portfolio and 20 bank accounts (Responsibilities include payable, vendor relations, cash management, tax, and regulatory filings.)
- 5 years’ experience is required, preferably with US-based companies.
Requirements:
- 4-year accounting degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- 5+ years of bookkeeping experience
- Excellent communication skills.
