Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated IT Support professional to join our team. As an IT Support, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our staff. This includes troubleshooting hardware and software issues, setting up and configuring workstations, and ensuring smooth functionality of IT systems.
The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of computer systems, networks, and applications. Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities are essential. Prior experience in a similar role is preferred, but we welcome entry-level applicants with a passion for IT.
