Job Description
Join Diavox Network Inc. as a Customer Service Representative, specializing in inbound calls without sales or telemarketing.
Communicate with US customers to schedule automotive service and recall appointments for car dealerships.
Qualifications:
- Graduate or Undergraduate of any course
- 6 months international account experience preferred
- English proficiency and willingness to work night shifts
- Proficiency with Microsoft tools
- Voice account experience is a plus
Skills Required:
- Excellent English communication
- Attention to detail and multitasking ability
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary Range: Php20,00.00 – Php25,500.00 per month
