Job Description
We are currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Operation Supervisor to join our team. As an Operation Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating daily operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
In this role, you will be required to supervise a team of employees, establish work schedules, assign tasks, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Additionally, you will monitor inventory levels, track performance metrics, and implement process improvements to optimize operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively. A minimum of [X] years of experience in operations management or a related field is required.
