Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated Follow Up Specialist to join our team for the night shift. As a Follow Up Specialist, you will be responsible for contacting customers to ensure satisfaction and address any issues that may arise after a sale or service has taken place.
Your main duties will include making outgoing calls, responding to customer inquiries via email, and resolving any customer concerns in a timely and professional manner. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
