Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Monitoring, Evaluation, Research and Learning Officer to join our team. As a MERL Officer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing monitoring and evaluation frameworks, conducting research studies, and facilitating organizational learning.
Key responsibilities include data collection, analysis, and reporting to measure program effectiveness. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, experience in qualitative and quantitative research methods, and proficiency in data visualization tools.
