Job Description
· Candidate must be familiar with all HR facets.
· Has the ability to oversee and monitor his/her assigned regional area(s).
· Shows a strong personality in a professional manner.
· Manages recruitment activities and develops strategic solutions.
· Over-all administration, coordination, and evaluation of the human resource function.
· Develops, recommends, and implements employees’ policies and procedures.
· Knowledgeable in handling cases related to DOLE is a plus.
