Job Description
We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our team in Cavite. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and the ability to coordinate and supervise a team effectively.
Key responsibilities include overseeing team performance, setting goals, and providing guidance to team members. The Team Leader will also be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. Experience in the [industry/field] is a plus.
