Job Description
As a Quality and Process Excellence Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing quality assurance processes and driving continuous improvement initiatives within the organization. You will work cross-functionally to develop and implement strategies to enhance operational excellence and efficiency.
Your key duties will include analyzing current processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing best practices to optimize quality and efficiency. You will also lead a team of quality specialists to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Successful candidates for this position should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with a deep understanding of quality management principles. Experience in process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean is highly desirable.
