Job Description
Functional overview
This role will play a crucial role in maintaining the data integrity in our CRM, Salesforce.com. Responsibilities include running reports to identify and correct data inconsistencies, collaborating with Sales reps, testing new functionalities, and contributing to new projects. Opportunity for growth and learning more about Salesforce.com setup.
Duties and responsibilities
- Data integrity review and correction
- Identifying and flagging data issues
- Running reports in Salesforce.com and managing Excel data
- Assisting Sales Operations team and managing partner user onboarding
- Testing new Salesforce.com functionalities
Minimum competencies
- Ability to follow directions
- Identifying areas for improvement
- Experience working remotely in a team
- Passionate about Sales Operations
- Curious and eager to learn
Minimum qualifications
- 1-3 years of Salesforce.com experience
- Advanced Excel skills
- Detail-oriented with focus on data
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting preferred
- Relevant experience in Tech companies
