Job Description
- Overall in-charge of facilities of the site (checking, repairs and replacement, coordination with contractors)
- In-charge of opening the office
- To handle employees (Lobby Coordinator, Security Personnel and Maintenance Personnel), duties include monitoring, evaluation and training
- In charge of Emergency Response team
- Administering site policies
- Coordination with ICT Department
- On call during emergency situations
