Job Description
Remedy is a dermatology technology company focusing on innovative acne solutions. We are seeking a Patient Support Specialist to provide chat-based support for patients and customers.
- Handle inbound customer messages on social media, text, and web channels
- Monitor and report daily volumes of inquiries and bookings
- Build and maintain a knowledge base for standard responses
- Solicit Google Reviews from patients
- Optimize the patient journey for a seamless booking experience
Requirements:
- 1+ year in customer service or virtual roles
- Proficiency in social media platforms and online tools
- Excellent English communication skills
- Passionate about skincare with a problem-solving mindset
- Organized and able to manage time effectively
- Availability to work on weekends
