Job Description
Position Title: BIM Modeler
Salary Grade: Php30,00 – Php35,00 a month
Reports To: Partner, Partner Advisor
Date: January 2024
Schedule: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM PHT
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with the design team for M&E services integration
- Conduct quality checks on drawings
- Resolve floating elements in the model
- Maintain libraries for modeling processes
- Meet project deadlines and more
Qualifications:
- Proven BIM Modeler experience
- Proficiency in Revit, BIM 360, and Navisworks
- Strong MEP coordination skills
- Understanding of MEP service components
