Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS:
- College level/Senior High Graduate/Vocation graduate are welcome to apply.
- At least 1 year related work experience.
- Background in Financial or Loan Institution is an advantage but not required.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with different Loan and financial Processes is an advantage.
- Honest & trustworthy, with a “Can Do” attitude, great sense of responsibility, resourceful, flexible, creative, and can think out-of-the-box.
BASIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Promote, offer and secure loans via door-to-door marketing.
- Verify borrower’s information in accordance with company policies & procedures.
- Release loan proceeds to borrowers.
- Resolve customer problems and complaints.
- Evaluate, qualify and acquire potential agency verifiers.
- Analyze the market’s potential.
- Assist in marketing plan development.
