- Manage day-to-day operations and track team performance
- Lead team briefings to enhance performance
- Experience in warehouse or hub leadership role
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in related fields
- Leadership experience in a warehouse or hub environment
- Experienced in e-commerce fulfillment
