Job Description
As an IT Desktop Support specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing technical assistance to end-users within the organization. Your primary responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, configuring computer systems, and maintaining IT equipment.
You will be responsible for installing and upgrading software, ensuring network connectivity, and troubleshooting problems related to desktop computers. Additionally, you will assist in setting up new devices, monitoring system performance, and ensuring data security protocols are followed.
