Job Description
Job Description:
- System Data Entry
- Assists customer orders and inquiries
- Order/Stocks Replenishment
- Report variances and correction of stock quantity
- Collections of due accounts
- Deposit Collections (cash and checks)
- Monitoring of customer orders and coordination with customers for pick-up of ordered items
- Monitoring of Accounts Receivables / Monthly Report
- Petty Cash Monitoring and Replenishments
- Monitoring of Office Supplies and other needs of the Depot
- Processing of Permits and Licenses
- Building monitoring of rental payment and tenant concerns
Requirements:
- Graduate of any Business course
- Experience in sales analysis
- Proficient in Excel and office applications
- With good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities and management skills
- Willing to be assigned in R. Magsaysay Ave. Davao City
Job Type: Full-time
Benefits: Pay raise
Schedule: Day shift
