Join Our Team at Phirst Sights Bay Subdivision. We’re looking for a talented In-House Sales Manager to lead our dedicated team to success. If you’re a seasoned real estate professional with a passion for exceeding sales targets and leading by example, we want to hear from you.
Requirements:
- Licensed Real Estate Broker is an advantage, Licensed Real Estate Sales Person required
- Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Leadership skills to guide and inspire a team of 3 Licensed Real Estate Salespersons
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work under sales quota pressure
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Salary: Php22,00.00 – Php45,00.00 per month
