ISTA Solutions, an outsourcing/offshoring company, is looking for an experienced COMPLIANCE AUDITOR to join our dedicated team. As a member of our team, you will ensure organizational compliance with company policies and operational metrics.
Job Description:
The Compliance Assurance Officer will oversee adherence to company policies and operational hygiene metrics.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months experience in BPO industry as Compliance Auditor or Quality Analyst
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment and independently
