Job Description
1. Ensure exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere, assisting customers, and maintaining product knowledge.
2. Stay informed about promotions, assist with displays, and contribute to sales programs.
3. Support in floor organization, merchandising, and maintaining displays and cleanliness.
4. Arrange and present merchandise to enhance sales display appearance.
5. Aid in restocking merchandise and monitoring inventory levels.
6. Assist customers in finding products.
7. Relay customer feedback to management and respond to inquiries politely.
8. Process sales transactions and bag items at the register.
9. Safeguard merchandise against damage and theft to maintain saleable condition.
10. Complete assigned tasks as directed by supervisors.
11. Provide Sales and Inventory Reports to Supervisor/Manager.
