Your Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers professionally. Address inquiries and concerns.
- Provide accurate information on automotive products and services.
- Assist in resolving issues to ensure a positive customer experience.
Needed Qualifications
- Good to excellent communication skills with a B2 Up AM score.
- Two years of call center or customer service experience.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Salary: Php20,00.00 – Php30,00.00 per month
