Job Description
Location: Nuvali, Laguna
Work Arrangements: Hybrid
Salary: PHP 60,00 – PHP 80,00 basic
Qualifications:
- Dentistry graduate with 5 years of experience.
- 2-3 years of experience in customer/telephone support preferred
- Customer-friendly approach, ability to work in a team with high-stress resilience
- Open to residents of the Philippines only
Main Tasks:
- Transfer customer inquiries, create cases in CRM system, provide support to customers
- Steer cases to appropriate sub-process, trigger sub-processes within CRM system
- Complete process-compliant case logging, forward cases to 2nd level support when necessary
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php60,00 – Php80,00 per month
Experience:
- Dentist: 5 years (Preferred)
