Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated FX Technical Support Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients in the foreign exchange market.
Your main tasks will include troubleshooting technical issues, resolving software and hardware problems, and providing technical guidance to clients. You will also be responsible for managing and monitoring client accounts, ensuring that they have a seamless experience using our platform.
To excel in this role, you should have a strong background in technical support, preferably within the financial industry. You must have excellent communication skills and be able to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical individuals.
Key qualifications and responsibilities:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support or a related field
- Strong knowledge of FX trading platforms and systems
