Job Description

We are seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee our accounting department at Zwell Philippine Realty Development Corporation.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivables, and general ledger.
• Prepare accurate financial statements and implement internal controls.
• Oversee subordinates, analyze financial data, and provide insights for decision-making.
• Handle tax compliance with the government.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• Minimum 5 years of Accounting Manager experience in real estate or construction.
• Proven expertise in financial reporting, internal controls, and tax compliance.
• CPA certification and willingness to work at General Trias Cavite.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Php50,00.00 – Php65,00.00 per month
