Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our senior management team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities include managing calendars, scheduling meetings, arranging travel plans, and providing administrative support. The Executive Assistant will also coordinate with various departments and assist in special projects as needed.
The successful candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and possess excellent time management skills. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
