Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Familiarizing yourself with and staying updated on changes in company plans and tariffs.
- Greeting customers professionally using the suggested script.
- Responding to phone and email inquiries promptly.
- Referring queries to your manager if needed.
- Providing members and practitioners with benefits information.
- Approving pre-authorizations for medical treatment.
- Informing members about outstanding co-payments.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php18,500.00 – Php30,00.00 per month
