We are looking for dynamic individuals to fill the role of Property Manager in our team. Responsibilities include managing properties, liaising with owners and tenants, and ensuring smooth operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day property operations.
- Coordinate maintenance and tenant relations.
- Ensure lease agreement compliance.
- Respond to tenant inquiries professionally.
- Maintain accurate property records.
Compensation:
- Base Salary: $600
- Royalty: $5 Per Property Managed
- Comprehensive training and support.
- Transportation Allowance.
