Job Description
Sapient Careers Makati is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. We welcome high school graduates from the old curriculum, individuals with non-BPO experience and excellent communication skills, fresh graduates, and those with BPO experience.

- Communicate effectively through various channels
- Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints
