Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and growing our client base. You will lead a team of sales representatives, set sales targets, develop strategies, and oversee the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
Requirements:
