Job Description
1. Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, including greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining solid product knowledge, and all other aspects of customer service professionally and courteously.
2. Stay aware of promotions and assist in presenting window displays, promotional presentations, and sales programs as assigned.
3. Aid in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping.
4. Arrange, organize, and display merchandise to ensure a neat and orderly appearance.
5. Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise and monitoring floor stock.
6. Help customers locate merchandise.
7. Relay customer requests to management and respond to inquiries politely.
8. Assist in sales transactions at registers and bagging merchandise.
9. Ensure the security of all stocks to prevent damage or theft.
10. Perform other assigned tasks as needed.
11. Submit Monthly Sales and Inventory Report.
