Job Description
We are looking for Customer Service Representatives with the following qualifications:
- At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum)
- No BPO experience required, Fresh Graduates are welcome
- BPO experience is an advantage
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Resolve customer complaints and answer questions about products

Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
