We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Email and Chat Support Representatives.

General Responsibilities:
- Assess customers’ needs, provide solutions, and uphold professionalism.
- Familiarize with company products and maintain empathy with customers.
Qualifications:
- Willingness to go to Ortigas site for interview.
- Amenable to working on-site.
- Filipino Citizen or relevant residence status.
- 18+ years old, at least high school graduate, conversant in English.
- Active listening skills and empathy are essential.
