Job Description
One-day hiring process. Earn up to 25k monthly. Sapient Global Services is mass hiring for Call Center Agents in Metro sites.
Position Overview: Ensure seamless operations, address issues, and enhance customer experiences.
Job Responsibilities:
- Resolve inquiries and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain accurate customer interaction records.
- Stay updated on company policies for customer assistance.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and perform troubleshooting.
